Contents of the All User Guides Page

The ‘All User Guides’ page is the main page of the ‘User Guides’ section and displays all user guides in a table containing the title of the user guide, the parent section of the guide, the last user to edit the user guide, the order the guide will be placed in the contents section, the date the guide was last updated and the eye icon which is the link to the ‘View User Guide’ details page.

More details about the user guides can be seen on this page which also contains the link to the ‘Edit User Guide’ page. All pages within the ‘User Guides’ section contain a link to create new user guides.The blue button in the left column of the last row of the table is a link to view the guide in your browser.

 

Exporting the Contents of the All User Guides Page

Clicking the small cloud icon located in the top right-hand corner of the ‘All User Guides’ page will export all of the items on the page as an Excel spread sheet. The icon will open a file explorer window allowing you to rename and then save the exported file.

Searching All User Guides

The search bar at the top of the page can be used to search the user guides stored in the system. Enter a search term and click enter to find a specific user guide.

View

The number of items displayed on each page can be altered with the per page drop down located on the right of the page next to the page number and total number of results.
