All Templates

Contents of the All Templates Page

The ‘All Templates’ page is the main page of the ‘Templates’ section and displays all your templates in a table containing the name of the template, the last user to edit the template, the date the template was last updated and the eye icon which is the link to the ‘View Template’ details page.

 

The View Template Page

More details about the templates as well as a preview of the template can be seen on this page which also contains the link to the ‘Edit Template’ page. The two blue icons in the first column next to the template preview on the ‘View Template’ page enable the user to view the template in a browser and to download the template as a PDF. All pages within the ‘Templates’ section contain a link to create new templates.

Exporting the Contents of the Page

Clicking the small cloud icon located in the top right-hand corner of the ‘All Templates’ page will export all of the items on the page as an Excel spread sheet. The icon will open a file explorer window allowing you to rename and then save the exported file.

 

Searching All Templates

The search bar at the top of the page can be used to search the templates stored in the system. Enter a search term and click enter to find a specific template.

View

The number of items displayed on each page can be altered with the per page drop down located on the right of the page next to the page number and total number of results.
