All Email Contents

Contents of the All Contents Page

The ‘All Contents’ page is the main page of the ‘Email Contents’ section and displays all content in a table containing the title of the content, the date it was last updated and the eye icon which is the link to the ‘View Content’ details page.

 

The Edit Content Page

More details about the content can be seen on this page which also contains the link to the ‘Edit Content’ page. All pages within the ‘Email Contents’ section contain a link to create new content.

 

Searching all Contents

The search bar at the top of the page can be used to search the content stored in the system. Enter a search term and click enter to find a specific piece of content.

View

The number of items displayed on each page can be altered with the per page drop down located on the right of the page next to the page number and total number of results.
